Cyber security innovation leader, Secure Logic welcomes Dmitry Samokhvalov as Head of Product & Engineering, Innovation Centre. The new role will see Samokhvalov build and expand on a pipeline of major developments from Secure Logic’s Innovation Centre that are set to launch in the Australian and international market in 2021.
Samokhvalov, who was previously Engineering Manager with Atlassian brings over fifteen years commercial experience in software development, information security and cryptography. He led the engineering of Atlassian’s Bitbucket Cloud and was responsible for the performance of the cloud version of Jira.
With key global product launches set to roll out this year, Samokhvalov will lead the ongoing development and engineering of projects borne out of Secure Logic’s Innovation Centre.

Secure Logic’s Innovation Centre is set to accelerate the digital capabilities of trusted services and identity ecosystems through technology, which power some of Australia’s most significant government initiatives including NSW Government’s Digital Driver’s licience, GovDC and NSW remote electronic voting system, iVote.
On his appointment with Secure Logic, Samokhvalov said, “Secure Logic has built a strong reputation with the NSW government over the last 15 years.
